Ascension Vitality Rating
Every living being has potential to become a Deity. The method of tracking this potential comes in the form of the Ascension Vitality Rating (AVR). Most beings will never reach a high enough rating to pass the threshold of ascending to Deityhood, but some have attempted, and even succeeded. The rating acts secondly as a form of 'power rating'. The higher the AVR, the more powerful the being. Some races do not have much power by default, where as some are born with the innate capacity for intense sorcery, or tremendous physical strength.
AVR Threshold to Deityhood: 1000av
AVR Threshold to Godhood: 40,000av
Raising AVR
With enough knowledge, beings can channel the ascension vitality from many mortals, into one particular being, which has lead to many cults appearing over the years with the goal of ascending a prophet for their own motives. Expert necromancers have also heard rumours of spells to drain the lifeforce from others, and in doing so, absorbing their ascension vitality.
Naturally raising one's AVR is a task of increasing one's mental or physical aptitude through intense meditation, training, or experience. No being's AVR is capped, but some find it easier to train specific aspects of themselves over others.

Branding a Worshipper
When Diatara corrupts a victim, a brand appears on their skin, and remains there forever. The brand is a sign of obedience and control to the Deity, and will appear depending on where the corruption took place. If the corruption happened over mind control, a brand will appear on the victim’s forehead. If the corruption took place inside the victim’s mouth, the brand appears around their neck. If the corruption happened inside the womb, the brand appears just below the stomach, over the womb. And if the corruption happened through anal, the brand appears on the lower back, just above the rump.
Main Tentacle Types
Default Tentacle
This tentacle is the generic one. Coated in a thick slime, this rubbery feeler can vary in girth, from wire-like to as thick as a forearm.
Tipped Tentacle
Almost identical to the default tentacle, except this limb has a small hole at it’s tip that it uses to splurt out more of the slime when stimulated to a high enough degree.
Heavy Tentacles
These are much thicker tendrils, mostly used for pinning mortals down, or for some serious stretching power. These are crazily thick, with a flat tip. These also splurt out slime.
Ribbed Tentacles
This tentacle is similar to the default tentacle, except along the shaft are lumps and pimples that rub against the inner walls of a female. These lumps are flexible, so bend when pressure is applied in a direction.
Additional Tentacle Types
Brain Invasion Tentacle
This tentacle at first appears like the default tentacle, before splitting at the tip in four ways, revealing a cluster of writhing antennae. This tentacle attaches itself using the four split parts to the side of a mortal’s head, over their ear, whilst the antennae wriggle inside and penetrate the brain. These do the initial corruption, turning the brain black with lust and obedience; a direct link with the Deity.
Worm Spitting Tentacle
This tentacle takes inspiration from Facehuggers. The tentacle is wider than average, and opens in the same way as the brain invasion tentacle. However, instead of antennae, the tentacle vomits out larvae. The tentacle’s main goal is to attach to a mortal’s face, cutting off their oxygen supply by covering their mouth and nose, before spitting a number of these larvae down the throat. They will wriggle around until they find a route to the brain, in which they will then penetrate the tissue and dissolve, permanently corrupting the mind. These larvae however originate from eggs.
Egg Laying Tentacle
This tentacle is much thinner than most, almost transparent in colour. About half way down the shaft is a large sack, filled with small eggs. These eggs will only gestate within a mortal’s womb, so the Egg Laying Tentacle will wedge itself inside a female, before ejecting the eggs inside the womb. These eggs are unprepared, and will need time before they can be hatched from the female.
Breast Suction Tentacle
This tentacle opens up in the same ways as the prior tentacles, but the splits cover a much larger area. This tentacle attaches itself to the breasts of a female, usually extracting breast milk from the mortal, or injecting her nipples with slime to increase their size.
Gas Tentacle
This tentacle acts like a gas mask, wrapping around the mortal’s lower face (their nose and mouth) before replacing the air they breathe with an aphrodisiac gas, arousing their body and in strong enough doses causing them to orgasm on the spot. The smell is putrid and musky, sourcing from all kinds of fluids from the deity and worshippers, be it slime, cum or urine.
Conversion Suit
Less of a tentacle type, and more of a combination, the suit comes to existence when tentacles invade the host inside and out. They wrap around the body entirely from head to toe, creating a crimson suit, and latch themselves onto the host by penetrating their orifices and ‘hooking on’ so to speak. The tentacle inside the womb at the time also extends out of the suit, creating a cock that uses semen fused from slime and juices from the female to impregnate other females. Once this semen has combined with an egg, the tentacles that form another suit grow out from the egg and engulf the victim from the inside out, repeating the suit creation process.
Extraction Tentacle
This tentacle is rarely used, as Diatara doesn’t have a use for males. The purpose of this tentacle is to attach itself over a futanari/hermaphrodite cock, and it proceeds to milk their semen. The semen that isn’t used to create more suits is used in creating the aphrodisiac gas for the Gas Tentacle.

Balms and Remedies
To protect yourself from being attacked at night, create a Concealment Balm. The ingredients of this are crushed Patchouli mixed into an ethanol-based beverage (Whiskey Rum is my preference for smell). Dampen a cloth or fill a bowl with the substance and the scent should fill the room and ward off a potential night attack from the creatures of Diatara.
If you consume some of the sloppy sap that is Diatara Nectar¹, immediately consume a strong alcohol to counter the aphrodisiac. Opioids can also work. You MUST not consume more. The taste is addictive for a reason, and can cause hallucinations.
Biology Of Diatara
Personal Notes
Murkworms² are covert beings of corruption that often use their female hosts to grow and multiply, before emerging out in a lustful frenzy, often resulting in unbearable levels of depraved pleasure to the host, leaving them physically weak to prevent further invasions. Allegedly, these separate, yet still linked entities of Diatara, exist to corrupt mortals from the inside out. They burrow into a female's womb, and replace her eggs with it's own, before fertilising them without her knowledge.
Very rare and powerful forms can grow from a single Murkworm². Rumours spread through tales and myths that state of a towering creature, known as the ‘Murk Monster’ 'Pod Beast'³, capable of overpowering and incapacitating any desired victim to become an incubator. I’ve noticed they are incredibly rare, and nearly lost my life to one slaying one.
¹Diatara Nectar: An aphrodisiac slime constructed using the Deity’s blood, and mortal bio-ingredients (sperm, sweat, urine, saliva, etc.) It is a white-yellow sap that has anti-aging properties, known to give mortals immortality as long as they continue to consume the fluid. A catch, is that over time, if a Mortal stops consuming the fluid, their aging catches up to them. Past a certain point, if one stops consuming this intoxicating fluid, they will die within the day.
²Murkworm: A tentacle-like creature created through magically mutated eggs, changed by the slime when fertilized inside a female host. Once hatched, this worm grows over a century, creating its own eggs to insert within vessels through use of an egg sac on its back. One murkworm can create an entire hive through oviposition. During the creation of a hive, these worms will often become biomass to hold breeding pods still, as well as trapping victims to avoid them escaping.
³Pod Beast: The final stage of a Murkworm’s growth cycle. This creature is a bipedal, ten foot tall monster capable of overpowering victims with ease and using their large, petal-like mouth to seal over a vessel’s face like a mask. They also carry a fully gestated Breeding Pod on their backs, which can be used to carry around a vessel. This pod also acts as the egg storage. When they finally die, their bodies are used as biomass to cement the pod in position, as these egg sacs can continue functioning forever. I’ve yet to see one die.

I overheard a father speaking to his daughter the other day on my way back from the market. Strangely enough, I recognised the little song he was telling her. I think my mother spoke to me of that same song when I was younger, and told me that the strong knights of Bavorla protected everyone, so I should respect them. Of course, I didn’t want my mother to ‘drown’ so to speak, so I quickly ceased my torment of the local guards that had been dispatched to Cerdenham. But I never truly realised what the song foretold, until I lost the Princess. Until I realised what she had become.
“The bell is tolling. The incense is rolling.
The Messenger has come to town.
He'll pick out your women, dress them in sleek linen
In corruption, they all shall drown.”
It’s him. That Messenger has something to do with her. Or at least, what took her from me. The continent is vast, and I have not heard news of any recent kidnappings, but that song sends a shiver down my spine even now. Tonight’s rest shall be especially useless, as I can sense Diatara’s gaze creeping over me. I must make sure my balms are double-strength before I slumber.
3rd Wunden of Alavary, DE104
A few days ago I met the strangest woman, although I’m not sure I can even refer to her as a woman in the same context as the other women I see. She has abilities that I have never really seen before. No magic or perfumes I’ve researched have led me to knowing about the powers of transformation. She calls herself a Selkie, but her name is Lada.
She has the powers to transform to and from an arctic fox at will, but always has the ears and tail, be it human or fox form. She’s also rather visually attractive. I’ll admit I’ve struggled a few times to focus on my perfume creation when she’s constantly trying to seduce me.
I met her on my way to Falshire, a town just to the west of Bavorla, but at the time I suspected her to be nothing more than a wild fox. After a few moments, I invited her to follow me, with the idea of having some form of companion perhaps on my journeys, only to wake up in the morning to a stark naked woman lying beside me.
I’ll admit, the company has been appreciated, but I do not know how much longer I can restrain my composure, considering how assertive she can be.
